Deposit & Refund Policy

Placing a deposit allows us to reserve your build slot and begin the manufacturing process for your custom trailer. Because each trailer is built to order and tailored to your specifications, deposits are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Deposit Requirements

• A flat $1,449 deposit is required to secure your build slot.
• Your deposit is credited toward the total purchase price of your trailer.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Refund Policy

• Because trailers are custom built to your specifications, deposits are typically non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel your order before production starts, please contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a partial refund at our discretion.
• Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as materials and labor costs have been incurred.

Changes & Modifications

We understand that plans change. If you need to modify your trailer specifications after placing your deposit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our manufacturing partners to accommodate changes when feasible. Additional costs may apply depending on the modifications.
