Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about designing and purchasing a custom trailer from Trailblazer. If you don’t find your answer here, feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to build a custom trailer?

Once your $1,449 deposit is received and your design is finalized, most trailers are completed in approximately 2–4 weeks.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes include 6×12, 7×16, 8.5×20 and 8.5×24. Custom sizes may be available upon request.

How much is the deposit and what does it cover?

The deposit is a flat $1,449 and reserves your build slot. It does not include delivery or optional add-ons.

Can you deliver my trailer?

Yes, we deliver nationwide at $2 per mile with a $400 minimum.

What payment methods do you accept?

Deposits are paid securely online via Stripe. Remaining balances can be paid by cash, certified check, or card at pickup/delivery.

Do you offer financing?

We don’t currently offer in-house financing, but we’ll provide quotes for your lender. Many customers use local banks or credit unions.

What if I need a feature that isn’t listed?

No problem! Contact us with your requirements and we’ll work up a custom quote.

Where are you located?

49 Peterson St S, Willacoochee, GA 31650. Pickup is available when your trailer is ready.

What warranty do you offer?

All trailers include a manufacturer’s warranty on structural components, with optional extended coverage available.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are generally non-refundable, but contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we’ll work with you.

How do I schedule pickup or delivery?

We’ll contact you when your trailer is complete and arrange pickup or delivery ($2/mile, $400 minimum).

Do you offer customer support after delivery?

Yes, we provide ongoing support for maintenance, upgrades, and parts. Call or email anytime.
